EVENT SCHEDULE:
5:00pm–6:00pm: Mingle and silent auction bidding
6:00pm– Bingo games start
7:30pm– Close of Silent Auction bidding
7:45pm- Silent Auction Winners Announced

EJBA is partnering with them for this event, with the net proceeds being used for their “Reading Rewards Program” that they do in 20 different Jefferson Parish Schools. At last Year’s event we were able to present them with a sizable check, and with YOUR help I know we can do even better.

So how can you as an individual help? Volunteer opportunities abound! Buy tickets, and Sell tickets to your friends and colleagues.  To a person, everyone who participated in last Year’s Bingo just raved about it. For a $20 donation you get a chance to win really nice prizes, enjoy good food, and drink. The Grand Prize is again a Cruise donated by Elmwood Self Storage and Wine Cellar.

To make this an even more exciting event we also need additional donations for the Silent Auction, with a suggested minimum value of $50. The attached flyer WILL be updated as more donations are received, so that your Company can be recognized. Besides making a donation, when you are at the event,  BID High and BID often! Last Year Phyllis beat me out on the Elvis Doll donated by JPAS, but then wound up letting me have it because I wanted it so badly. (See the above photo, and notice the uncanny resemblance between ELVIS and me.)
