Since 1960, East Jefferson Business Association (formerly Veterans Boulevard Business Association) has provided a forum for business professionals to promote business development and civic progress in East Jefferson.
EJBA’s mission is to serve all individuals with a business interest in East Jefferson Parish. Priority is given to promote and improve the business climate in our community and to promote members’ businesses to each other.
EJBA is led by a 15-member Board of Directors. Each month a luncheon meeting is held with a great guest speaker, providing opportunities for discussion of timely topics and issues and for networking among members. EJBA also has periodic social and special events.
There are 2 categories of membership:
Individual Membership
Individual membership is $120 per year and members pay $45 for the luncheons they attend each month.
Corporate Membership
Corporate Memberships are $560 per year and include one pre-paid luncheon each month. Corporate dues are prorated in the year you join depending on what month you join.
- $280 if you join between January – March
- $560 if you join between April – June
- $560 if you join between July – September
- $420 if you join between October – December
With a corporate membership, anyone from the business can attend the luncheon meetings for the one prepaid luncheon each month. Please join us at the next monthly luncheon – always the second Tuesday of the month.
